Signet has my money too. I jumped through all hoops since July they told me 'the check was in the mail', too. But, of course, I have never seen it. I have written to the attorney general in CA, hope that gets us somewhere. Now you can't even call Signet, their phones are on a auto-attendant loop. I, like you, want my money! I think a class action lawsuit is eminent! I'm one - how about you!
