I signed up for a free 30-day, but cancelled after 3 days. My credit card was charged $14.95.

I jumped thru all their hoops and called customer service and was told they would send me a refund check for $14.95. Needless to say, I've never received a penny.

The website makes it impossible to get an email through to the actual company. I remember when the companies on the internet were amoung the most honest in the world. Now, they all appear to be rippoff artists.
