The entire phenomena of career education in general is a complete joke... Tax payers pay excellent money to fund these fraud schools—that do not challenge students at all - but these "schools" happily hand our joke diplomas and take your money...

Katharine gibbs in norristown, and every CEC school in general is a complete fraud... They target students who have little or no hopes of legitimately finishing programs&teach them next to nothing—and than give them a diploma wgich is meaningless&and it costs a great deal of money..

The managemment are all crooked&they pressure students "to come in for just an hour" even they have been away for weeks just so they can report this to the government... Teachers are more or less forced to get these "kids through the system." the best way to describe this instituion is a for profit inner city high school—period... All of these schools should be shut down by the government...
