I reported Thomas Fargo the owner of Cleveland Whole to Paypal because he would'nt give a refund. They said they didn't handle this type of claim, they only take claims when you don't receive any merchandise. So the case was defered and not opened. Thomas Fargo the ownner of Cleveland Wholesale sent me a email telling me that he had talked to Paypal and that they agreed with him that he didn't have to give me a full refund, and now they have closed the case I filed. First of all there never was a clase open to close it was defered. I contacted Paypal and sent them a copy of the email, they said that this wasn't true they had not discussed the case with Thomas Fargo and they certainly don't agree with him. He lied to me trying to use the company Paypal to back him up. This guy will stop at nothing to get his way.
