Charge to my card and I didn't sign for it, ripoff

I order the drill, suppose to be a 14 free day trial, and a 30 day money back guarantee. You were suppose to make 3 payments of 39.95. It was deliver on the 19 January, I didn't sign for the package, instead sent it back The same day, they had already charge my card the first $54.99 and they have two more charges pending.
To my way of thinking this is bad business... Everyone needs to stay away from company like this. It is Now Feb 14 and i have called them several times and they keep saying they are going to refund my money. So far havent seen anything.
