Sold me box with a brick in it instead of a drill

I bought a drill from the true value here and paid with buffalo bucks from the Cities of Gold Casino for most of it and for $15 of it with my credit card. They removed a box from their display and I checked out. Got home and opened it up and box didn't have a drill in it, but had a brick to make it feel like there was a drill inside. This was plain fraud. I returned the next day to confront them and they told me that there was nothing that could be done. I did get a refund for the $15 on my credit card, but they ripped me off for the rest. Avoid this establishment; it is run by frauds who will cheat you.
