Stolen Drill - Refrigerator Delivery

On 1/20 my drill was taken by delivery people from Home Delivery Link. Which is a subcontractor of Sears Home Delivery. Said incident caught on video and audio.in lieu of this Sears defended the actions of the delivery people chucking it up to human error. B.S. Not what one saw and heard.in lieu of the video/audio. The delivery company now acknowledges possession of the taken/stolen drill. They're suppose to return it. So far it's been over a day. Buffalo Police notified and report made pending criminal charges. Sears was of no help and believe they are afraid of repercussions as a result of the actions of their subcontractors. And they should be held responsible as to who they hire and/or do business with. If not the ugliness will catch up with you!
