Singer Lazer Storm
5 months still no vacuum cleaner or refund

On 9/13 I rush ordered the lazer storm. 7- 10 days is what they told me. 10/20 called and was told 2 more weeks. On 11/7 was told 3-5 more days. Continued to call on dates 11/15,11/21,11/30 and was told 3-5 more days on each time.

On 12/1 I spoke with Theresa at ext. 142 and she said she would rush ship it and it would be 7-10 days. On 12/13 I called and was told 3-5 more days.

Finally seeing that the order was never going to go through I cancelled it on 12/14 with Cindy at ext. 144. Now it is 2/7 and I called this morning to find out why I have not received my refund yet and I was told that the order was never cancelled. So once again I cancelled the order and was told to check on my statement in 10-14 days and it should be there. When I tried to ask her name and extension number she hung up on me.

Now I sit here going on 5 months with no vacuum cleaner, extra items I ordered to go with it, or a refund. To everyone out there do not do business with this company. They are trully scam artist and for Singer to put it's name on this product and to be dealing with their customers this way is repulsive. I hope they go under. This was a birthday present for a child that asked for it.
