Singer Lazer Vacuum
Singer had good reputation till now, no product sent after 10 weeks, no one will answer calls or emails

I ordered the singer lazer storm vacuum on july 2. I finally got someone on the phone and they said mine would be shipped on august 29. Haven't seen it yet. I can't seem to talk to anyone, I have emailed 3 times and get a computerized message.

I think with all the complaints it is time for a lawsuit.
