I attempted to purchase a generator transfer switch from dieselgeneratorschina.com in May. I sent dieselgeneratorschina.com $425.00 for a 200 amp manual transfer switch and received assurances from the owner of dieselgeneratorschina.com Dave HALL, or HILL that as soon as he received my check, he would ship the merchandise.

MY check was cashed, however After 6-8 weeks, I still had not received the merchandise. I contacted Dave Hill, owner of dieselgeneratorschina.com by phone and asked what had happened to my merchandise, he stated that: "The 200 amp transfer switch was out of stock per the distributor, but, they were expecting a shipment next week, and would ship the merchandise just as soon as they got it."

I took Mr Hill at his word, but several weeks went by and, still no transfer switch. I wrote Mr. Hill at dieselgeneratorschina.com and requested an unconditional refund. He never responded. I e-mailed him at info@dieselgeneratorschina.com and still no response. This website is pretty well set up, Although diselgeneratorschina.com used to advertise that they take credit cards, there is no longer any reference to any credit card payments on the site.

I suppose I may have had some recourse through the credit card company, but as you already know, I sent this scoundrel a check.

I do not recommend anyone does any type of business with dieselgeneratorschina.com insofar as they take your money and don't send merchandise as advertised on their website dieselgeneratorschina.com
