One lesson I have learned thru the years of myself being "suckered" in to "home business opportunities" is Rule #1 First and Formost: If you have to pay money for a "package" or to sign up or to do the business it is a total and complete scam! Ligitimate home businesses will never be seen on TV or ask for money up front or try to upsell you. I did this Don Lapre thing, several years ago. We even went so far as to get a 900 number for computer tips and tricks. I spent hundreds of dollars on "advertising" but made not one penny. Then 3 years later, after having the number for free, it started showing up as a charge on my credit card. They don't tell you you have to then pay monthly to have it. Took a really long time to track down the company and cancel the number. But finally did it. I will never again buy anything from an infomercial. They are NEVER what they say they are!!
