Ripoff

I am a international student. The people at advantage america called me up on saturday 11-19-05. I spoke to a man. He told me that within a 2hr peroid of time I would have $12,500 in my bank account which i can use for anything without repaying back to them.

All I had to do is give him my bank acct. # and then there would be a charge of 49.95 taken out of my account within 2 working days. Of course I agreed on a condition that i would want an written acknowledgment from them beofre they deduct any money from my account.

I cleared it many times with the executive that I was not no committing anything at the moment and would call them back if i did agree with thier policy.

He would reportedly tell me that there was nothing to worry about and its all safe. They just needed the account number to verify.

When i had to do the recording part i kept saying no then he would interupt the phone call and say to me just say yes and i will fix it all when you are done. That never happened. I never recieved that money but they did take 49.95 out of my bank.

I tried to stop it all by calling the following mon-thur. But their customer service had some problem and voice recorder at that time would insist to leave a mesage back and they would follow up with it later. But now after almost two weeks my money has been debited from my account.

I am doing everything i can but if anyone knows how to help i would really appreciate any advice. Thank you
