Ripoff, complete fraudulent activity, hard to understand personel, rude personel

I am a disabled person. The people at advantage america called me up on fri 11-4-05. I spoke to a man. He told me that within a 2hr peroid of time I would have 5,000$ in my bank account.

All I had to do is give him my bank acct. # and then there would be a charge of 49.95 taken out of my account within 2 working days. Of course I agreed. It was hard to understand the man because he was foregin.

When i had to do the recording part i kept saying no then he would interupt the phone call and say to me just say yes and i will fix it all when you are done. That never happened. I never recieved that money but they did take 49.95 out of my bank.

I tried to stop it all by calling the following mon-thur. But it had already been taken out. They are telling me that i agreed and they will not return my money. I am doing everything i can but if anyone knows how to help i would really appreciate any advice. Thank you
