Ripoff, scams, suppose to give you money for grants but only takes it

I was Scammed from a company that was supposed to give you 12,500 in free grant money. I first noticed the 49.95 taken out of my account on the 27 of January, I called Advantage America and requested that they cancel my account, but it was not and they took another 299.95 out of my account,

Talked to the bank and tried to put a stop on my account. The bank told me I have to solve it with Advantage America But they told me I have to apply for the grant and that was the only way to get it back.
