On November 20 I bought and downloaded the program governmentgrants.com to obtain grant applications from non profit organizations for $20.00 a month.

I tried to log in with what they said to use, but it doesnt work. When I try to log in I am classified as a NON member and directed to make a payment in order to use site.

I see that governmentgrants.com has changed their fee to $29.00 a month from $20.00 a month in less then a week. Is this the kind of practice they use after customers pay for the information? Apparently.

By law I am entitled to a complete refund regardless of their non refund policy on downloaded programs being that their practices defraud customers.

This complain is one of many being that I plan on telling everyone I know about grantseekerpro's fraudulent practices, including the FBI.
