Ripoff Promised to help to get a grant of at least $90,000 for a new business I paid over $100 just to get to their site and this site did not list the name of a single government agency that hands out busines grants

This company promised me that I could receive $90,000 or more in business grants. I had to pay $100 just to by their CD. All their CD does is give a long undifferentiated list of government agencies. The only business related on was the SBA and they don't give grants but only loans. The promise was for a grant. When I called back the woman who called me she immediately gave me another number to call. The woman who answered at this other number got very rude when I told her I couldn't find a single agency in the long list that offers grants to startup businesses. She told me I had to be patient and read the entire list-which I already had. She then asked what did I want her to do? It's the government list why don't I complain to the government? My answer of course is that I paid them money for this government list and if it didn't have what they promised it would then they are the one in breach. She said fine, that if I was too lazy to read the list I could get my money back. I asked where I could get it back-from the original woman who called me? She said no, the original website. She finally hung up on me as I wasn't buying this. Is there any way to get you money back?
