Ripoff Charged 9.55 without authorization, just like they have done to everyone else

I found a $9.55 charge made to my VISA and connected it back to RSI Partners. I called my CC Company and the phone number they could give me matches the RSI Partners website at http://rsipartners.net. I have no idea how they obtained my CC number, so I have reported the charges as fraud and asked for a new credit card.
