There was a charge on my Visa Check account for $9.55, the name of the company RSI Partners and this toll free number were listed.

I did not know the name and the # 800-507-0825 went to an answering machine with no company identidfier.

I found the info. When I did an internet search and found others who had my identical experience.

I notified my credit union and the visa check card was cancelled.
