Ripoff credit card scam con RSI Partners

I was charged $9.55 by RSI Partners on a credit card that has not been used in 6 months. How they got my number is a complete mystery.

Obviously, someone I have done business with in the past has had a breach of security. This is a total scam ripoff. They are hoping if they charge a small weird amount, no one will notice.

The Maryland Attorney General should get involved.
