Mail in Official Registration Confirmation ripoff

My Mother (age 64) received this "Official Registration Confirmation, in the amount of $3,7000, 300.00 and said all she needed to do was send $20."Document fee", just today.

Of course she thought she was a millionaire - Right?

I just got on the internet and in Google search engine typed in the name and address (USSA, P.O. Box 98835 Las Vegas, NV - no phone number and no physical address!) and it came to the usacomplaints.com website.

Thank God! For usacomplaints.com or else she probably would have been ripped off $20.00

How can this stupid mail be stopped and these people stop this crime!
