USSA Official Registration Confirmation to the tune of 3,700, 300.00, Report misled me to believe the money was already mine and all I had to do was confirm my information. Ripoff

I received an "Official Registration Confirmation" for $3,700, 300.00 in the mail, but first I had to submit the W-915 form with $20. I was given 7 days to respond.

I believe this is fraud because it is a lie sent through the US Postal Service. (Reference: The Firm w / Tom Cruise)
