Ripoff, sent letter saying won $3,700, 300 send $20 and form w-19 to confirm identity

I received a big brown envelope with a stamp on the front saying confirmed.inside was a letter saying i have been identified as the recipient of $3,700, 300. I was in danger of forfeiting it if i didnn't respond within 7 days.

I needed to sign official form w-19 and send $20 to receive my winnings. Sure glad i looked at usacomplaints.com first.
