Sent me a official registration confirmation of a winnings $3,700, 300.00, but first I must submit cash, check or money order for $20, ripoff

I received an Official Registration Confirmation letter from USSA (U.S. Sweepstakes advisors) stating that I was being notified that I was in danger of losing unawarded money in the amount of 3,700, 300.00 if the appropriate paperwork was not done. This required that I send cash, check or money order of $20 within 7 days of receipt in order to claim the money.
