Ripoff They never sent me the digtal camera I won

I was sent a ticket with a scratch and win and if the number match the prize number than thats what you won. My number macthed the digital camera so I called and ask would they send it to me becasue I was in college and to far away from were the place was located. The guy told me no problem all I have to do is send in the winning ticket. I sent it in a month past bye never got it I called and complain and they told me sorry we will send it out this week. A month passes by again I call them back and the guy tells me that all the camera been sent out a month ago. So if they been sent out wheres my camera at. I feel if your going to do advertisement and give away prizes than you should do so. If there doing this to me just guess how there treating other customers. If there anyone who could help me recive whats rightfully my than please help.
