Ripoff charges to my bank account Internet

Impact Ach had somehow withdrawn $159.00 from my checking account. I don't know who Impact ach is nor do I know how they got my checking account I never ever send any personal Information through the Internet. On my account statement there was a phone # atwhich I had called. The first time I called that number I was on hold for over 20 minutes and never got an answer. So I got on the internet and went to Impact ach. It was unfound. I then later called again after on hold for more then 40 minutes a lady answer when I explained about the $159.00 withdrawl she told me to go to www.icardservises.com/refundform. This was unfound. So I called again. And again never got an answer.

After awhile I thougt I would try to switch the address to www.icardservices/refundform.com. When I entered this it brought me to consumer complaints. I would like to know how I can get my $159.00 back And the overdraft fees that I got because of this withdrawl I'm getting further into debt because I was unable to recover this withdrawl and all of the overdraft fees.
