I was also one of many i'm sure, RIP-OFF for $298.00 by this company. I call them everyday. Told that the refund work sheet has been sent to me. Still waiting for this refund work sheet to come. (since the end of aug.) The number i was given was 1 866 999 1896. Everyday i ask to speak to an supervisor but, Ms Charlene Joseph is out of the office... But, today she finally called me back (to my suprise. I now have a NEW NUMBER thanks to caller id 1 800 657 9307 and they really work for American On Line. I hope with this new number and the old number PLUS all of us that have beened rip-off by GSI we can get are monies back...
