Ripoff won't resolve dispute as far back as november

I recieved an aspire credit card last september. I sent a payment in for the amount of $30.00 more than min. Also it wasn't even due yet. Also after about a week I westurn-unioned a $50.00 payment and when I did that I found out they hadent posted my 30.00 payment. They also gave me a late fee which put me over limit so I started the dispute. They finally after 2 months told me to prove that they cashed my money-order and the date.

I proved that the money-order was cashed on the 12th of november the same day they gave me all the fees. They will not take off all the charges and I've refused to make a payment this whole time until they made it right and fixed my credit report.

So now instead of my balance being at 210.00 where it should be its at 889.34 We even offered to pay off the 210.00 balance with another card and they refused. I need to do a class action law suite to fight all of this. They just charged off the account. So if any one has an attorney please contact me a.S.A.P. So I can prove to all the people that were trying to buy a house through. Thanks for your time.
