Ripoff software does not work will not rebruse credit card

I purchased a year membership to 24/7 downloads two weeks ago.
The software does not work and is very hard to use.
I have tryed to contact them by phone several times and always get a recording.
I submitted a credit card refund form and to this day my credit card has not been credited back yet.
I am so frustrated it is not funny.
Can anyone help out there?
