This is a website that is supposed to send you links to download software after your on-line purchase. Supposed to be quick and easy, huh? They tell you that you will get a link to download software within 24 hours. Well, it's been four days and no downloads have been sent.

When you click the "contact us" link. The statement reads that due to the high number of inquiries, they will only answer questions that are not in the FAQ section. Problem is, the FAQ section tells you to send an e-mail, no phone number listed. Bad mistake!
