Ripoff will not refund money or credit my credit card

I contacted 24/7 downloads in April asking them to credit my credit card due to the fact that the program that I purchased off the internet and downloaded off the internet does not work. As of may 3 the money still has not been credited to my credit card. You can't bring up the home page and that's the only thing you can bring up you cannot get into the rest of the program. I want my money back
