Withdrawal of money that three people from customer servive said that would not be withdrawn. Ripoff

I had my account messed up from the start. First they had my terms wrong and that I owed 313.00 per month.

I called to have it changed to make my payment where it should have been which was around 100.00. That got taken care of. I called back and spoke with 3 different people to make sure that the 313.00 withdrawl was NOT going to be taken from my account. They all said it would not be.

After asking all of them several times over the phone if the payment was going to come out of my account they all assured me that the 313.00 payment will not come out.

I asked when my first payment was scheduled for and they said they were not sure because it had not fully processed yet from when I changed the terms of the agreement. All three customer service reps said that the first payment would be right around 114.00.

When the original due date came around they withdrew 313.00 from my account. Well with the information I had from all three reps I started using my money. Now I have 4 bounced checks and over 200.00 in overdraft and bank fees.

I called the customer service number again and they told me fo fax all the information from the bank and they would refund the fees. Ok I did that. I asked if there was a number so I could call to make sure the paperwork went through. My response that I recieved was that there is not a phone number for the research dept. Only a fax number.

They will contact you was the rest of the response. So in the mean time I have a negative ballance in my checking account that keeps getting worse as each day passes due to the 6.00 a day fee that is added for a neg. Balance. So I have absolutley no money to purchase anything ie: food or gas and all they can tell me is that the research center will contact you within 7-10 business days
