Ripoff - false claim against my credit!

I recently noticed a claim for collection against my credit from Palisades collection and could not believe all the bad information I found against them from this report. I've been getting the run around from them in regards to an ATT Wireless account that's been closed for 5 years in good standing.

I've just sent letters to the credit reporting agencies for action to get this item removed. I've also sent letters to Palisades with no response. Any suggestions on how to get this item removed? Anyone moving forward with a lawsuit?
