Ripoff, missinformation, incomplete information, fraudulant charges

I enrolled in UOP online last August hoping to earn a degree. Evrything was fine until i needed o talk to a Finiancal aide conselor concerning a few questions i had about my dispersments. Everytime i called witht he saem question i was given a different answer. I was assigned 4 different counselors within a 3 month period of time from sept. 04 to dec. 04 one of whom was the head of the department.

Needless to say i got tired of being lied to and misinformed and in MAy 05 I unenrolled from their progrm and was told i have a current balance of $0 owed. Recently i hav recieved a letter stateing that funds of $2728.85 where returned to lender due to my lack of attendance and as a result I now have a balance on my account of $2728.85 that UOP is trying to collect on for classes I never enrolled in. I also have not recieved a notice from the lender concerning the return of funds to said lender.

From what I can tell UOP is trying to STEAL every cent it can from it's future, current and past students and this needs to stop.
