Universit of Pheonix Online
University of Pheonix will not release my Stafford loan. Prior to Stafford loan approval tuition was already paid in full

I am enrolled with University of Pheonix Online. I recieved a FAFSA loan which completely covered my courses until Jan. 11. I started in April. I did get a refund of $546 because I had more than I needed. I had to take a leave of absence because I needed surgery and never left school, restarted classes in August, which cost me another $690.00
I applied for a second loan thru Stafford to upgrade my computer and for living expenses while being a full time student. I was approved for $3066 all together. They told me once my grades were in I would get it as long as I was passing the courses. My grades were an A - and a B for my first nine weeks.
My check was disbursded on Oct 6. I then recieved a notice saying that the college was keeping all of my money for classes (which have already been paid til Jan. 2010) This money should have came to me. I have tried to call them to get answers. All of a sudden no one will return my calls or e-mails.
I am still enrolled in school. I don't want to give them more reason to keep my money. I cannot get any answers from anyone at the University of Pheonix or their bank that has my money. Before they would call 3 times a week checking in, now that they have over $7000 of loan money and money is owed to me I cannot get any answers.
