Ripoff deceptive practices, closed store several times with out notices, Chatworth, CA

I have been with SMC Corporation sense spent a small fortune with advertising to make my business work, had to contact smc on several occasion to ask why the store is closed, i was told they have recieve a fax from me telling them to close the store, i also recieve email from some potential customer that they was un able to order the product from my site, contacted the support about this as of this day i still haven't got an reply, recently i descovered that the mens ring was no longer available through a customer, but was still being showed on my site, their answer was the product is no longer available, and also i was told to get an 5 up grade to my site and it would cost me nothing, but when i contact the person who's in charge of that he told me it would cost me $600.00 and when i told him i was told it's free he put in a order for it, iam not pleased with the site up grade at all, it's very un professional, it can be view at www.benrosespecialshop.com.
