Ripoff, fake email address along with escrow account, after item shipped dissappears seraing belgium

I had a engagment ring that did not sell on Ebay. After failed bid, was contacted by the Woodhous about purchase. He said he would only do business through an escrow account. Which would seem fair, having a third party hold money.

I went to a website and filled out all the information needed for the account to be working, and waited for the money to be moved. The escrow account web site was expert-o.com. Ithad everyhting including testomonials.

After shipping the product, i got taken, no web site, no more email address, no contact.
