Ripoff my rolex was stolen by maurits deridder and his phony escrow website seraing belgium

Stolen rolex model #16233/l908181 by maurits deridder and his fake escrowe website. I had this watch listed on ebay item #5014475092 for sale, i was contacted by an individual who identified himself as maurits dridder. (e-mail address) is maurits. Dridder@prestige-timepieces.com through ebay mail system. He was interested in purchasing the watch. And he wanted to pay for it, through escrow. Since this was my first ever sale on ebay, i agreed because i thought it is a secure way to complete this transaction, and he asked for express overnight fedex delivery. I was unaware that he sat up a phony website showing that he transferred the amount we agreed upon. The escrow company name was one-express. And that this company was conducting business here in california, usa. As soon as i notify this person that the watch was mailed and i send him the tracking number, this person and his website did not respond what so ever. This all happend last week in 07/16. What makes me feel bad. Is that the guy who scammed me lives in belgium and i have no way to get him and that he will get away unpunished to what he did to me. I feel that i, m not the only one and there are lots of victems out thier... Can any body help with this???
