Nicolas Roussel Escrow Fraud

The buyer, Nicolas Roussel, contacted me through Ebay and asked if I would sell my TTiffany&Co Colorless Diamond Pendant valued at $7,900 for $4,900.00. I agreed
Money was sent through an escrow account by the name of CNETrans.com which is based out of Sunnyvale CA.
It appeared that the $4,900 was in escrow so I sent the item via UPS Express. The item was signed for by Nicolas Roussel. The money was not transfered to my account by CNETrans.
I have attempted to contact both parties many times but neither party will return a call or email.
