Don't believe a word that comes out of their mouth. I received a phone call asking me if I would like to win $200.00 in coupons from the movies, fine dining and etc. For only $3.95. Needless to say that they drafted my account for $397.95 for call one, movie pass and something else.

I called them the day after I recieved my packet to cancel the services so that wouldn't be charge but they had already charged me and my account was over drafted. I went to the bank and they said that I have to contact them and get my money back. I contacted them and they sent me 3 forms to get my refund within 14 days.
After the 14 days I called back and then they told me that I will be receiving my checks on that following Monday. I called back on that Friday after the Monday and this time I spoke with a superivors name Tony (who was rude) they said I would have my money in 10 days.
Now they are saying that the company is redoing their computers and they will have to call me back.
