Ripoff took out funds prior to authorization & still haven't refunded money

I was contacted by these individuals in early February. I was told that only the $3.95 would be taken out for S/H until 10 days after I called to confirm that I had reviewed the materials and wanted to proceed. It sounded like a good deal, no commitments till I ok'd it. WRONG!!!

To begin with they signed me up for 2 programs, not 1. Movie Pass & Call One. About 3 days after I finally recieved my Movie Pass packet (10 days from the phone call) I see that $119.90 has been removed from my checking account. 3 days later an additional $149.90 is removed for the Call One program and I hadn't even gotten that packet in the mail yet! I called and cancelled both programs that same day and requested my money be returned to my account immediately.

I hollered about false advertising and about my account being debited prior to the end of my review period. They stated that I had to fill out a form which they would send me and that when they received the signed forms then they would issue checks to me for my refunds. They claimed that they could not do electronic transfer of funds back into my account. It was company policy.

When I asked to speak to someone in authority or in accounting they said that those individuals were in an entirely different building somewhere and that they had no way of contacting them. All they could do was to flag my account for investigation and that I needed to be patient. That was 4 months ago and I'm still getting the run around waiting for my money that they basically stole.
