Ripoff and physical violence, padded bar bill, and allowed another guest physically batter and abuse me

I have previously reported this co. To the BBB w/o result. I have lived in this town since '68 with variable abense due to military duty. The club is 2 blocks from my home and convenient to walk to and from.

On several occassions I have noticed my bill over 100 dollars for a couple of hrs stay watching a game on tv etc. Leaving my cc behind bar instead of paying one at a time for drinks. I am unable to drink 100 dollars worth of booze in one setting - I have several statements to that effect.

About a month ago, I was in watching a game and this big red-neck guy of whom I've seen before, began making remarks about be across the room in a small crowded barroom. At first I didn't know what was going on but then I heard fairy and queer ride my way. I asked him why he thought that of me and what was the problem. The bartender, Alfrado, of whom I have laughed with and tipped well, just let it go on. Eventually the redneck said he was going to throw me out of the bar; I was amazed at this and taken aback... I said what is your problem with me? He came across the room and picked me up off the bar stool and threw me to the floor like a RAG DOLL.

A few other customers came to my rescue. I got up and used my cell phone to call the police. The bar tender took my drink and said I was 86'd permanately. I asked why to that as well? He gave me my "cash" back for the drinks, as this time I paid with cash no cc. The redneck got up and out of there quick - he was drunk and didn't want to go to jail. I do not know his name. But would recognize him easily.

What a hostile world we live in today. But minding my own business and watching a ball game at a sports bar alone appears to be more dangerous than a white boy driving thru Watts or compton at one A.M. I am ashamed to be a part of such; I am a Vietnam Vet and served my country 17 years. I am proud to be an American, but not proud to be near some so-called Americans who only know the fist first and freedom by force. Thank you for your time.
