If you are able to get the class action suit going please let me know. I have been battling them for nearly two months on getting my a/c repaired and have had extreamly high light bills due to their not wanting to do the repair and the extra stress it caused to the unit. Which basically caused the units death. So now i have had to spend the month to replace the entire thing. I have even gone to the BBB, but because of the "out" they have in the contract of "improper installation" there is nothing that they can do.
