Company ripoff

I have had a business pay pal account for about 4 years now. I had several money transfers with pay pal with no problem.

I used pay pal to accept payment for goods/services. The customer changed his mind after he already sent a payment through. So we refunded his money on the spot.

He then contacted pay pal and complained.
They in turn froze my account.
They then returned all monies back to the client (which I already did). Pay pal ended up returning all monies to this client (every single transaction this client and I had even though he only asked for a refund on this one charge).

I ended up being held accountable for fees.
That I did not incurr. Also, they requested a bill that could state I am who I say I am by faxing it to them.
So I called pay pal twice and spoke to a rep. The rep again stated they need an explaination of what I do with my pay pal account (remember I have never had any problems or issues with PP before this).

Pay pal has sent me numberous emails to "update" info or "send proof" of who I am and pay the now neg account up to date. (its never had a neg balance untill they removed all funds from my account). I am furious since I am not inclined to fraud or interested in trying it. It seems I have been victimized myself. This WORLD TRADE CENTER PLANE THING has too many people doubting americans too easily.

We are all victimized by big companies. This makes me not want to do any business with pay pal again.
