Erustic, Southwest and More ripoff, does not return phone calls, emails, scams the public, liars, excuses, dirty thieves

I feel the pain of all of the other people who have posted complaints on this website, I only wish I had known about them prior to being scammed as well. We placed a large order in mid-February and now it is almost July and we have gotten the run around just like everyone else. The live chat on the website is no longer up.
Emails get no response and the only phone number they have is never answered and messages left are never responded to.

We get the same excuses like all of the others. Items were on backorder; items are waiting to be shipped; sorry for the delay; We will forward your complaint and a refund will be processed; Someone will be contacting you shortly.in the end, these are all lies. No refund, no merchandise.

I have filed complaints with the BBB, Attorney General's office in AL and FL, and now here. If anyone has any success via any route please contact me. I welcome any assistance and please let others know of this disgraceful and dirty company. Thanks.
