This company Online Enterprises of USA Corp operates under various aka's or dba's, Southwest and More, eRustic.com, Rustic and More, Southwest Decor, Western Decor, Rustic Furniture. They list physical addresses of 3350 W. Hillsboro Blvd, Deerfield Beach Fl 33442, phone 954-698-9200 (you will get no answer) fax 954-827-0406 (will take fax but you will receive no response). The other physical address is 123 N Congress Ave Suite 319 Boynton Beach Fl 33426.
On their website they lead you to believe the Deerfield Beach Fl address is a actual store with product in it. Both of these addresses the authorities tell me are UPS drop off sites or something of that nature. There is no actual store. No one will return your calls once they get your money. The only conact they will make with you is through email and the online chat on their website. I always get the same customer rep at online chat Nicole Silver probably because they are not a large corp as they are leading you to believe by the website. I am sure Nicole Silver is not her real name either. If you decline their excuses and request a refund she will promise a refund and end your chat session. You will not received the promised refund.
At the Southeast Florida BBB the owners are listed as Juan L Vera - President, Cristina Arrasco - Vice President, Giancarlo Salas - No title Given. Juan Vera resides in West Palm Beach Florida, Cristina in Miami Fl, and there is no physical address listed for Giancarlo.
