Gorustic.com erustic is a scam, they will take your money and run!

Let me first start off by saying that this was my second order placed with erustic.com. I placed a $1,500.00 back in 2005. I got my furniture and YES, it was beautiful, only problem was the 2 week delay on the delivery. So when I was ready to to purchase the rest of my furniture I didn't even think twice about placing a large order threw erustic.com! Mistake! I decided to place a large order in the amout of $4,160.00 in May. I was supposed to get the furniture in August. It never came and I noticed that the always available SUSANA was suddenly always UN-AVAILABLE! The phone number listed 1800-706-1604 would have a recorded message saying "WE'RE SORRY THE NUMBER YOU HAVE REACHED IS TEMPORARALLY UNAVALIBLE PLEASE TRY YOUR CALL AGAIN LATER".

I didn't know what to do. I saw this complaint web page and looked into other complaints and to my suprise alot of people have the same problem. I saw that one lady had filed a police report and reported it to her bank. So I did the same and to my SUPRISE my bank filed a complaint with my debit card company "VISA" and They got MY MONEY BACK! All $4160.00. I dont remember who you were but thanx for posting because if I hadn't read your complaint i would be out of alot of money! Thanx so much!
I'm posting today because i saw another posting that someone else has made with all of the status updates to there account from erustic. I was reading them and guess what I got the same exact update reguarding that the furniture had experienced damage at the Texas location! Word for word it is same exact update! What a bunch of scammers! Good luck to all who have delt with them and are still dealing with them! I cant beleave that the site is still up and running! Buyer beware! Spend the xtra cash and shop at another store!
