Ripoff take your money and run

I got a phone call one night saying i was approved for a credit line up to 2000. All i have is a one time fee of 249.00. I said cool. So i gave them my information and they said i will receive it in thirty days of the transaction. The took the money out and after 60 days they gave me a packet for another bill of 39.95 for the fee. I did not allow this i write the company in discuss saying i want the money back and they will not apply to the lettter.

We have to do something to take the company down. This isn't right. I'm stugging just to stay afloat and company like this are stealing hard working people money. When they just sit around and eat bon bons all day. Can someone help or file a lawsuit against this company. Plaese
