The same thing happened to me this week so like ohters on this site. This "company" is still ripping people off.
I filed for bankruptcy and expected to hear back from them in 24-48 hours. The only thing I got was an e-mail from Vincent Lopano telling me that everything is moving along smoothly and my bankruptcy will be completed rapidly.
I have called several times and no one ever answered the phone. I have e-mailed several times for piece of mind... To no avail.
So, I got ripped off! They charge $195.00 and obtain all of your personal financial profile.
If this keeps one person from filing through them, then it will have been worth it. I already feel ashamed and now I feel like a fool!
