I have been recieving illegal calls from this company after filing bankruptcy

This ignorant malicious company, has called my home repeatedly telling me to call them back about a case I have with them, complete with a case that I supposedly have with them. I filed an undisputed bankruptcy last fall in the United States Bankruptcy Court of Eastern Michigan.

If they were really a legitimate debt collector, they would have access to the Bankruptcy Court files, and would know that they cannot legally pursue this sickening harassment of theirs.

I became ill and had surgery in 2003 without any medical at all, and walked out of the hospital a week later almost $90,000.00 in debt. My income status and ability to pay these debts was undisputed when I filed chapter 7.

Also, they have sent no documents to date through the U. S mail system claiming I owe for a recievable they hold in my name. I am quite sure they cannot do this legally at all, and know that they would get themselves into a great deal of trouble if they did.

I just wanted to let anyone out there who is interested, about this horrible company, and hopefully find a way to deal with them legally, although I going to contact my bankruptcy attorney as well about them.
