5/25/05 Apparently, the "manager" (izabella) of the unethical mail-order house, idonails.com aka The Supply Source, has absolutely no compunction about lying to anybody. Her "response" to my rip-off complaint is just another of her lies: The $169 piece of crappy equipment that even she said was crappy: "... We do not carry the machine you speak of and I am glad to exchange the machine you have for a Kupa $175.00 but I will advise you that this machine is much worse quality than the one you have..."

Then she has the unmitigated gall to come back because she's angry that I reported her unethical behavior and says that the equipment was "fine" and that "she [I] spilled polish remover all over it and broke off pieces"??? This is just stupid! I guess the woman either has never seen a nail dremel or else she thinks that no one else has either&these people, idonails.com aka The Supply Source and Medicool are partners-in-crime and no lie is too big for them...

I got screwed by them and I want this report to help make sure that they don't get to somebody else's pocketbook the way they did mine. PLEASE, stop these unethical people and their specious remarks so that they can't do this same immoral thing to another unsuspecting victim. Thank you.
